FENSA
We are FENSA registered which means you can be assured that any work carried out by us will comply with building regulations for energy conservation, safety and security.
FENSA stands for the Fenestration Self-Assessment Scheme. It has been set up by the Glass and Glazing Federation (GGF) and other industry bodies with Government encouragement in response to the current Building Regulations for England and Wales.
When having windows and doors replaced homeowners must comply with current thermal peformance standards and ensure that they get a certificate of compliance from FENSA or from Local Authority Building Control.
Checkatrade
Checkatrade pride themselves on the vetting checks they carry out on trades, ensuring that you have access to people who care about their customers and their reputation.

Every trade accepted as a member has to successfully pass through the vetting procedure. This includes receiving at least 5 references from previous customers, a face to face interview with one of our Membership Consultants, a Public Liability Insurance check, visual ID check, any applicable qualifications (e.g. gas safe), address validation, their VAT status (registered or not) and that they have agreed to abide by the Checkatrade Standard. All this takes place before a new member will even get on our site!

You can rest assured that all products fitted by your local Installer have been CE Marked and come with an Insurance-Backed Guarantee.
